Supporting your child with worries and anxieties

Many children and adults experience anxieties, worries and unmanageable emotions, even more so at times of disruption such as unexpected school closures. There are many ways to support your child if they are worried or anxious.

Mindfulness is a strategy that is recommended by many professionals. The following links will provide more information and benefits of Mindfulness. There are many different strategies available, but we do not suggest trying to do too much. Have a read of the different strategies, and choose one or two that will work for you and your family.
