End of Year Expectations
Taken from the new National Curriculum, each year group have a set of objectives which have to be taught by the end of the year. Below are the overviews of these objectives for Maths, Reading and Writing. Staff at SFH have agreed Non-Negotiables for each year group, specific objectives which all children must achieve by the end of the year, as they form the vital stepping stones to progress as they move to the next year and beyond. These Non-Negotiables are highlighted in yellow on each page and are also key areas in which you can help your children with their learning at home.
