Choose an activity from the list below and play them with your child. These are designed to get your child to become more aware of shape, space and measurements in the environment. 

• Go on a shape hunt around your home- can you find any circles/squares/rectangles/triangles? How many can you find?
• Go on a colour hunt around your home- encourage your child to talk about shades of colour if they are able to e.g. light blue, dark blue.
• choose a teddy, ask your child if they can find a bigger one or smaller one? Can you put them in order of smallest to largest?
